About the role

The role involves leading shifts and departments in a McDonald’s restaurant, ensuring a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience. The successful candidate will manage various departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, and People.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit.
• Manage assigned Systems, such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to the team and other managers.
• Lead the Guest Service Department, ensuring Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, sales promotions are done well, and all service staff are trained in service procedures.
• Lead the Kitchen Department, ensuring the restaurant delivers great quality food to customers, fast, that food is always safe, food cost is controlled, and all kitchen staff are trained in production procedures, including new items on the menu.
• Lead the People Department, ensuring the restaurant hires qualified crew, trains them well, and schedules them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals. Also, ensure Crew get off to a good start and are recognized and motivated throughout their time working there.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedules and the passion to work in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
