Job Requirements
- Teaching didactic radiology courses to dental students.
- X-ray image acquisitions of patients.
- Supervise students in the oral radiology clinic.
- Assess students' radiographs.
- Take various oral radiographs, including acquisition of CBCT images or other images of patients as requested by the oral radiologist.
- Maintain Radiology inventory.
- Cookordination student schedules with patients.
- Various other responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, or a related field.
- Equivalent combination of education and radiology experience may be considered.
- Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program with demonstrated teaching, supervisory, and managerial abilities.
- Experience as a Radiologic Technologist required, with strong knowledge of radiographic procedures and patient care standards.
- CT experience and/or advanced imaging knowledge preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-graduate degree (MS or PhD).
- Demonstrated teaching and clinical excellence.
