About the role

The Dental Supervisor at Noble Community Clinics provides leadership and oversight of dental support staff while ensuring efficient, patient-centered clinic operations. This role supports enhancing the patient experience, supporting team development, and maintaining high standards of care and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day leadership to ensure efficient, high-quality, patient-centered operations
  • Champion patient experience initiatives (rounding, AIDET, service recovery, etc.)
  • Supervise Dental Assistants and other clinical support staff
  • Schedule, staff, and coordinate workflow
  • Aid with onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development
  • Coach and motivate team members to meet quality and performance goals
  • Oversee supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance
  • Maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS), emergency kits, and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Support performance management, including feedback and issue resolution

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a healthcare or dental setting preferred
  • Knowledge of health and dental insurance processes preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • 2–3 years of people leadership experience (coaching, mentoring, team development)
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in healthcare or a related field
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR/EDR systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
