Dentist - up to 30k sign-on bonus

Responsibilities

• Provide dental services to patients under the support of the team.
• Utilize DentaPro software and digital x-ray and Panorex units.
• Operate fiber-optic handpieces.
• Participate in annual OSHA and HIPAA training and emergency management training.
• Work in a ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, 2 dental assistants per provider.
• Treat a patient base primarily consisting of ages 3-21 and up to 30% adult population (depending on location).
• Manage an office flow of approximately 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily.
• Handle state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payor mix.

Requirements

• Hold a DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental education program.
• Have a current, valid license to practice dentistry in the state(s) where providing care or be eligible for licensure.
• Be CPR certified.
• Have DEA certification (only applicable in certain locations).
• Have Nitrous Oxide certification (only applicable in certain locations).
