Dentist - Up to $30,000 Sign On Bonus

Responsibilities

• Provide dental services to patients under the support of the team.
• Utilize DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces.
• Participate in annual OSHA and HIPAA and Emergency Management training.
• Work in a ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.
• Treat a patient base consisting of primarily ages 3-21 and up to 30% adults (depending on location).
• Manage office flow with an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily.
• Handle state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors.

Qualifications

• Obtained DDS or DMD from an accredited dental education program.
• Valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligibility for licensure.
• Current certifications such as CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide certification (if applicable).
• Strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
