Dentist - $30,000 sign-on bonus

About the role

We are actively seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team. This position supports our mission to provide excellent dental care in the community and helps us create more smiles and memorable experiences for children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental services to patients under the supervision of licensed dentists.
• Work collaboratively with a team of hygienists, dental assistants, and office staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including OSHA and HIPAA guidelines.
• Participate in morning huddles, planning your day, and recognizing team members for their contributions.
• Engage with patients, particularly those aged 3-21 and up to 30% adults, to provide compassionate and effective dental care.
• Stay updated on industry trends and continue professional development through CE offerings.

Requirements

• Completed DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• A current, valid license to practice dentistry in the state(s) where providing care or eligibility for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• DEA certification.
• Nitrous oxide certification (required for certain locations).

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for pediatric dentistry.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with digital x-ray and Panorex units.
• Knowledge of fiber-optic handpieces and DentaPro software.
• Commitment to maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
