Dental Treatment Coordinator

About the role

The patient-focused, state-of-the-art dental practice in Lakewood is seeking a full-time Dental Patient (Treatment) Coordinator to join their team. The position is 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, with no nights or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Interact closely with patients as their advocate
• Coordinate dental treatment into patients' lives
• Help patients manage time and schedule appointments
• Show strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Manage computer systems efficiently
• Understand dental insurance
• Work collaboratively with a great team

Requirements

• Experience in the dental industry is required, and experience with treatment coordination is preferred
• Dependable and reliable
• Detail-oriented

Qualifications

• Communicates effectively with patients, dentists, and other team members
• Enjoys helping patients coordinate dental treatment
