Responsibilities
- Educate patients on their treatment plan and the importance of their oral health
- Present treatment plan options and gain financial consent including payment plans
- Ensure treatment plans are accurate in the system
- Manage a productive schedule and schedule future appointments
- Cookordinate with labs to ensure case completion prior to patient appointments
- Complete all administrative tasks accurately and timely
Qualifications
- A high school diploma required, a degree or additional education in a business or healthcare discipline preferred
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a dental, healthcare, or service environment
- Knowledge of dental insurance and explanation of benefits preferred
- Superior communication and customer service skills with a desire to help patients
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and dental software, experience with Dentrix strongly preferred
- A willingness to travel up to 20% to support surrounding offices
