Dental Scheduler - Antelope Valley, CA

About the role

Dental scheduler needed for busy dental office. Successful candidates will be organized and pay strong attention to detail. Customer service is a must and the perfect receptionist believes the patient comes first.

Responsibilities

• Make 150 calls per day

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of call center experience or dental scheduling is a deal breaker
• Customer Service experience / personality
• Experience using Microsoft office including Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Bilingual Preferred (English, Spanish)

Qualifications

• Experience working in the dental field is a plus, but not required
• Prior phone service experience required
• Experience using Eaglesoft a plus
• A cheerful attitude a must

Pay

Competitive wages ($18 to $20 depending on work history)

Schedule

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Some weekends
