The Dental Registration Advocate provides support remotely to all front office functions of the dental locations, including but not limited to confirmation calls, eligibility verification, pre-screening and check-in processes. This role is part of the Patient Financial Services team and assists with ensuring a great patient experience through daily communication with patients as well as the dental locations.

- Provide remote support for all front office functions of dental locations

- Assist with ensuring a great patient experience through daily communication with patients and dental locations
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a customer service agent, greeter, or receptionist-type role
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Pay
$25.00 - $25.00 hourly
Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. The range is subject to change. This role may also qualify for discretionary bonuses or incentives.
