Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the dental practice
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
- Manage staff schedules and training
- Handle patient inquiries and complaints
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene, Dentistry, or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a dental setting
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Knowledge of dental procedures and practices
- Experience with dental software and management systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Schedule
