Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the dental practice
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Manage staff schedules and training
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction
- Collaborate with insurance companies and manage billing processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene, Dentistry, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a dental setting
- Valid dental license
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage a team
- Experience with dental software and systems
- Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
