Dental Practice Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients with a warm, professional attitude
• Schedule appointments and manage the daily provider schedule
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions
• Verify dental insurance benefits and patient information
• Collect payments and discuss financial arrangements as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is up to date
• Coordinate with the clinical team to provide a seamless patient experience
• Help keep the front office organized and operating efficiently

Requirements

• At least 6 months of dental front office experience preferred
• Knowledge of dental insurance verification, treatment scheduling, and patient communication
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
• Dependable, professional, and committed to providing exceptional patient care
