Responsibilities

• Deliver preventive and periodontal care with a patient-first approach
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment recommendations, and home care techniques
• Partner with doctors to support comprehensive treatment planning and improved patient outcomes
• Build trust and long-term relationships with patients and families
• Create positive patient experiences that encourage retention and lifelong oral health
• Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold the highest standards of care
• Deliver high-quality preventive dental hygiene care using evidence-based protocols
• Perform appropriate assessments, diagnostics and preventive treatments within your scope of practice
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention and the connection between oral and overall health
• Build trusting relationships with patients and create a welcoming, judgment-free experience
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to identify patient needs and personalize treatment
• Stay current with dental technologies, instruments and best practices that enhance patient care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable safety and compliance standards

Requirements

• Active New Jersey Dental Hygiene license or ability to get one
• Passion for patient education and preventive care
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to clinical excellence and lifelong learning
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• New graduates and experienced hygienists encouraged to apply
• Licensed Dental Hygienist or eligible to become licensed in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for patient care, education and prevention
• Commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience
• A collaborative, positive approach to working with patients and teammates

$53-$56 per hour & $5,000 Sign on bonus!

Monday/Wednesday/Thursday 9am-7pm, Friday 9am-3pm
