Responsibilities

• Review, update, and take dental X-rays while maintaining all related equipment
• Meticulously document patient care through comprehensive chart notes, detailed periodontal charting, precise probing depth measurements, and thorough narrative reports for insurance claims
• Maintain full OSHA and HIPAA compliance
• Sterilize instruments and manage hygiene supplies
• Perform Prophylaxis and Scaling & Root Planing
• Place fluoride varnish and sealants
• Educate patients on preventive care and the mouth-body connection
• Support patient and team relations as a trusted point of escalation
• Foster a safe, organized, and positive patient environment

Qualifications

• A current MN RDH license
• CPR certification
• Certification in Local Anesthesia Administration
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
• A patient-centered mindset with the ability to empathize and connect with a diverse patient base
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment
