Responsibilities
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planning
- Conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments
- Take and review digital radiographs
- Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment plans
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
- Partner with dentists and team members to provide outstanding patient experiences
- Maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards
Qualifications
- Active WI license in good standing (new grads welcome)
- Warm and friendly personality
- Laser certified (preferred, but not required)
Pay
- Starting pay: $45‑$50/hour based on experience
- Hygiene bonus program: additional earning potential monthly
- Sign‑on bonus: $5,000
Schedule
- Flexible to work 4 or 5 days per week
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: Off
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
