Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Recruit, interview, and onboard outstanding team members
- Coordinate new employee orientation and training
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR records
- Assist employees with benefits, payroll, PTO, and HR questions
- Coordinate annual performance evaluations
- Assist managers with coaching, employee development, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
- Support employee relations and conflict resolution
- Organize employee appreciation, recognition, and team-building events
- Coordinate continuing education, CPR renewals, and compliance training
Administrative Operations
- Coordinate payroll preparation and timekeeping
- Review employee schedules, attendance, and PTO requests
- Help maintain office policies, procedures, and employee handbook updates
- Organize meetings, training sessions, and leadership events
- Conduct team trainings
- Manage team KPIs
- Manage office supplies, administrative vendors, and office projects
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and HR metrics for leadership
Compliance
- Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, EEOC, ADA, FMLA, and employment compliance documentation, training and enforcement
- Track employee licenses, certifications, CPR, and required training
- Assist with workplace investigations and regulatory readiness
- Ensure confidential personnel records are accurate and complete
Culture & Leadership
- Foster a positive, professional, and supportive work environment

- Support leadership with special projects and operational initiatives
- Help create an environment where employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to grow
Qualifications
- Human Resources experience required (healthcare or dental preferred)
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Payroll and benefits administration experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Microsoft Office and Google Workspace proficiency
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) is a plus
