Join our team at North Shore Center of Dental Health and play a vital part in ensuring smooth daily operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting our commitment to delivering quality dental care. We are looking for a dedicated Business Assistant to help brighten lives one smile at a time in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Schedule
- Monday: 9:30am - 7pm
- Tuesday: 9am - 5pm
- Wednesday: 9:30am - 5pm
- Thursday: Closed
- Friday: 7:30am - 5pm
- Saturday: 7:30am – 1pm (every other)
- One-hour lunch break

Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of dental front office experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements with patients
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Enjoy working in a team-oriented environment
- Eager to continue learning and growing professionally
Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and patients, ensuring efficient notification to staff
- Handle phone communications adeptly
- Oversee appointment scheduling and calendar management to achieve practice's care objectives and financial targets
- Address patient financial concerns and maintain accurate financial records
