About the role
We are seeking a Dental Billing Success Consultant to join our Customer Success – Support team. This role will be full-time and remote.
Responsibilities
- Support dental practices in optimizing their billing processes
- Provide guidance on insurance claims, coding, and compliance issues
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dental practice clients
- Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure billing accuracy and timely payments
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance billing success
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare billing or customer service
- Strong understanding of dental insurance and coding standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience working with dental practices and insurance companies
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
