Dental Billing Success Consultant
Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Own the claims process for assigned offices
- Submit and manage insurance claims to ensure maximum reimbursement
- Resolve claim denials by drafting and submitting appeals with supporting documentation
- Post payments, pull electronic funds transfers (EFTs), and generate financial reports for assigned offices
- Attend weekly client meetings to provide updates and address billing concerns
- Ensure proper claim documentation by attaching narratives, images, and chart notes
Qualifications
- Experienced in dental billing (at least one year, two years preferred)
- Comfortable using dental practice management software and Google Suite
- Able to solve problems with a positive, solutions-oriented approach
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent
Compensation
Commission-based with the potential of $40,000 - $80,000+ annually for full-time success consultants, depending on the number and type of offices assigned.
