Responsibilities
- Maintain a well-groomed professional appearance.
- Project a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Have general demolition experience and set up equipment correctly.
- Interact with customers and insurance professionals as needed.
- Identify and correct safety hazards on loss sites.
- Carry a cell phone at all times and respond to calls as needed.
- Be “On-Call” and available to respond to emergency calls.
- Understand and follow instructions from Water Technicians.
- May require overtime.
- Flexible schedule.
- Own general demolition tools.
- File job-related paperwork.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Requires supervision and follows best solutions.
- Pass a background check.
- Valid CA Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Show a responsible attitude towards work assignments.
- Show a friendly, courteous, and professional attitude towards customers.
- Show a cheerful, optimistic, and friendly attitude towards colleagues.
- Show concern for excellence in consistent performance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- General demolition experience required.
- Knowledge of common residential building construction preferred.
- Knowledge of practical use of water extraction and drying equipment practices preferred.
- Valid CA Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to climb ladders up to 25 feet and crawl for distances up to 60 feet.
- Ability to work in attics for extended periods.
- Ability to safely operate various power tools.
- Ability to perform tasks on all areas of a loss site.
Qualifications
- Must be self-motivated.
Skills

- Knowledge of residential construction.
- Knowledge of water extraction and drying equipment.
