Job Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate various types of light equipment
- Knowledge of demolition operations, basic hand tools, and acetylene torch handling.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance.
- Affix to dismantle structures, remove hazards from the work site, and salvage reusable materials.
- Follow and comply with all safety rules and regulations.
- Affix to additional tasks as assigned by a supervisor.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in an outdoor environment in varying conditions
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Comfortable working at heights or tight spaces
- Ability to comfortably bend, twist, kneel, stand, and carry objects
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Welding aptitude is a plus
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, and drug/alcohol screening
