Job Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate various types of light equipment
- Knowledge of demolition operations, basic hand tools, and acetylene torch handling
- Perform basic equipment maintenance
- Auxiliary labor associated with dismantling structures, removing hazards from the work site, and salvaging reusable materials
- Follow and comply with all safety rules and regulations
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned by a supervisor
Qualifications
- Ability to work in an outdoor environment in varying conditions
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Comfortable working at heights or tight spaces
- Comfortable bending, twisting, kneeling, standing, and carrying objects
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Welding aptitude is a plus
