About the role
This role will drive performance marketing initiatives focused on efficient acquisition, testing, and measurable revenue contribution. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Technical Services environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage customer lifecycle programs to drive expansion and cross-sell within the existing customer base
- Enhance multi-channel marketing strategies that encompass paid, email, events, web, and outbound initiatives
- Develop agentic workflows using AI tools for automating key program functions, treating automation as an integral component of strategy
- Translate marketing insights into actionable sales strategies by collaborating with sales leadership on key initiatives
- Measure program effectiveness meticulously, including reporting on impact to pipeline and promptly discontinuing ineffective strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing at a B2B software company, preferably open source or developer-focused
- Demonstrated success running programs in at least two or three marketing channels (e.g., email, paid, events, web, and outbound)
- Experience marketing to existing customers, focusing on expansion and cross-sell strategies
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and building automations or agentic workflows as part of demand generation solutions
- Strong data management abilities, including pulling analytics and producing actionable reports for executives
- Solid program management skills to deliver projects on time and maintain proactive communication with various teams

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
