The Opportunity

Hinge Health is expanding its reach in 2026 and needs a strategic Demand Generation Manager to drive multi-channel campaigns that will fuel its B2B sales pipeline. Your role will involve architecting campaigns that connect employers, health plans, and partners with transformative care solutions.

Hybrid Model

We embrace a hybrid work model where employees are required to be in the office 3 days a week. The San Francisco office is dog-friendly.

What You'll Accomplish

  • In your first 3 months:

    • Optimize current paid advertising campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, display)
    • Leverage AI-powered tools for scaling campaign production and improving targeting
    • Own and execute at least one high-impact campaign, testing messaging and channel mix
  • In your first 6 months:

    • Launch ABM campaigns in partnership with Commercial Marketing
    • Optimize paid channel performance and implement tracking improvements
    • Create dashboards in Google Analytics to measure ROI and pipeline contribution
    • Establish a testing framework for continuous campaign optimization
  • In your first year:

    • Own the demand generation strategy for key segments (employer, health plan, consultant, ecosystem partners)
    • Manage paid media investments and external relationships
    • Scale successful campaigns and create repeatable playbooks

  • Data-Driven Optimizer:

    • Expertise in tracking and optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms
    • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline growth
  • Paid Channel Expert:

    • Deep knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, display advertising, and DSPs
    • Ability to execute and optimize campaigns
  • AI-Augmented Marketer:

    • Comfortable using AI tools for ad copy, lead data enrichment, and workflow automation
    • Strategic judgment to refine and optimize campaigns
  • Cross-Functional Collaborator:

    • Successfully partnering with Sales, Marketing Ops, and creative teams
    • Translating sales goals into marketing strategies and vice versa
  • Accountable & Results-Oriented:

    • Setting ambitious goals and meeting commitments
    • Accountability to pipeline metrics and problem-solving under pressure

Basic Requirements

  • 5-7 years of B2B demand generation or digital marketing experience

  • Deep expertise in paid advertising including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and display advertising

  • Hands-on experience with ABM strategies and tools

  • Proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing attribution models

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

Preferred Requirements

  • B2B marketing experience in healthcare, health tech, digital health, or SaaS industries

  • Familiarity with the healthcare benefits ecosystem

  • Experience with AI-driven content generation tools or data enrichment platforms

  • Understanding of marketing attribution models and funnel analytics

  • Experience in the musculoskeletal (MSK) or chronic condition management space

  • Experience working in high-growth or venture-backed companies
