Key Accountabilities
- Define strategy for, manage, and optimize the execution of demand generation campaigns across both Marketing and cross-functional channels
- Own Marketing’s acquisition pipeline targets, and regularly report on pipeline health to Marketing leadership
- Manage tactics across inbound (paid and owned media) and ABM channels
- Clearly define key targeting segments with a focus on behavior-based triggers for nurture
- Collaborate closely with our partners in Sales to develop effective cross-functional conversion strategy across all channels
- Collaborate with agency partners and Integrated Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Product Marketing teams on campaign execution
- Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance and ROI to key stakeholders
- Partner with Marketing Operations on email marketing, lead tracking, and funnel conversion
Desired Skills and Experience
- 6-8+ years of experience in Demand Gen and/or Performance Marketing roles
- Proven success owning pipeline goals
- Paid Media and Owned channel management
- Ability to multi-task and manage across multiple simultaneous programs
- Strong communication skills and collaborative excellency
- B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Healthtech experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
