Demand Generation Lead
This role reports to the Head of Marketing and is required to be in the office 3 days per week.
Who We Are
At Vizcom, we’re reimagining how physical products are designed by fusing AI with human creativity to help designers move from sketch to reality at lightning speed. We’re looking for a Demand Generation Lead to shape our Enterprise marketing motion and build the pipeline engine from the ground up. You'll join a small, fast-moving team that values initiative, experimentation, and an eye for beauty. We already have incredible momentum across teams small and large like Nike, Adidas, Catalyst, Hasbro and more — and are looking for someone to unlock our next layer of enterprise growth.
The Role
We're hiring our first Demand Generation Lead to own the full funnel: from awareness to SQLs, working side by side with Sales to hit revenue targets. This is an IC role today with a clear mandate to hire and grow a team as we scale. You'll report to the Head of Marketing and have direct input on budget, strategy, and how we show up in market.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Pipeline
- Design and run multi-channel demand gen programs that generate qualified pipeline for the sales team
- Own MQL-to-SQL conversion targets and iterate on lead scoring and qualification criteria with Sales
- Build and optimize paid channels (LinkedIn, Google) for efficient pipeline contribution
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Stand up ABM programs targeting key ICP accounts alongside the Sales team
- Develop account-level content and outreach sequences in close collaboration with AEs and SDRs
- Track and report on account engagement, pipeline influence, and deal velocity
- Strategic Events & Field Marketing
- Own Vizcom's presence at industry trade shows, design conferences, and partner events
- Partner with our product marketing team to plan and execute virtual events and webinars to drive awareness and net-new pipeline
- Manage pre- and post-event follow-up in partnership with the SDR team
- Sales Partnership
- Act as the connective tissue between Marketing and Sales, helping to align on ICP, messaging, and pipeline goals
- Work with product marketing to build sales enablement assets: battlecards, email sequences, one-pagers, and objection-handling guides
- Hold a regular pipeline review cadence with Marketing & Sales leadership to identify gaps and adjust programs
- Operations & Reporting
- Own the marketing tech stack for demand gen (HubSpot, intent tools, ad platforms)
- Build dashboards that give clear visibility into campaign performance, CAC, and pipeline contribution
- Manage demand gen budget with a focus on efficient, scalable growth
Requirements
- 6+ years in demand generation or growth marketing at a B2B SaaS company
- Proven track record of building pipeline: you can point to programs you ran and the numbers they drove
- Hands-on ABM experience: you've run account-level programs, not just read about them
- Comfortable owning event strategy end-to-end, from trade show logistics to post-event nurture
- Strong sales partnership instincts: you've worked closely with AEs and SDRs and understand the handoff
- Fluent in HubSpot (or comparable CRM/MAP) and comfortable pulling your own data
- Bias for action: you'd rather test and iterate than wait for a perfect plan
- Experience at an early-stage company or startup; you know how to do a lot with a little
Nice to Have
- Background in design tools, creative software, or selling to design or engineering teams
- Experience building and managing a small demand gen team
- Familiarity with intent data tools (6sense, Bombora, or similar)
Benefits
- 100% employer sponsored medical care for employees, 25% towards dependents
- Dental, Vision and Mental Health Care
- Equity
- Flexible PTO
- 401(k) with payroll match
- Generous annual Learning & Development allowance
- Paid parental leave
- One-time home office setup for all remote employees
- Weekly catered lunch at Headquarters
- Monthly stipend for gym memberships
