Pipeline

  • Set bold pipeline targets for Americas and build the always-on prospecting engine to hit them, in close partnership with Sales Americas.
  • Deploy integrated campaigns; ABM, digital and paid, guerilla tactics, field events, partner activations; that generate measurable, high-quality new logo pipeline.
  • Align with your International partner on developing the campaigns globally, adapting and deploying campaigns for your local market.
  • Think 12–18 months ahead. Build for 2027, fill the funnel today with MQLs.
  • New Logo Obsession: Own new logo acquisition end-to-end. This is the primary success metric.
  • Lead competitive intelligence and displacement strategy against Epicor, Acumatica, and other mid-market ERP players. Know the battleground better than anyone.
  • Shape sharp positioning that resonates with manufacturing and distribution buyers making their next 10-year platform decision.
  • Field Presence & Industry Influence: Show up in person; industry events, user groups, advisory boards, customer forums; where mid-market manufacturing and distribution buyers are making decisions.
  • Source and retain industry influencers who champion Syspro in the market and internally, building genuine thought leadership and presence.

Revenue Partnership

  • Be present in the sales process. Know the deals. Accelerate them.
  • Align marketing investment directly to pipeline stages, deal velocity, and close rates. No vanity metrics.
  • Report pipeline contribution, campaign effectiveness, and growth KPIs to the CMO and senior leadership; including Board-level readiness.

Global Functions as Force Multipliers

  • In addition to being twinned with the Demand Generation Champion (International) – Field Marketing role, ensure you:
  • Align with, and leverage/engage Syspro's global Marketing functions (Events, Webinars, Partner/Channel, Product Marketing, PR, Brand, Analyst Relations, Creative) with regional intent and maximum local impact.
  • Run regional field events, webinars, and partner activations that drive pipeline, not just attendance.
  • In conjunction with Global Partner Marketing, lead channel and partner marketing across Americas, turning resellers and technology partners into active pipeline contributors.

Global Leadership

  • As one of Syspro's demand generation champions globally, you are the blueprint and the benchmark.
  • TBC: Depending on level of hire in Americas - the Demand Generation Champion for Field Marketing (International) reports into this role.

Reporting & Performance

  • Report pipeline contribution, campaign effectiveness, and regional growth KPIs to the CMO and relevant sales leadership.
  • Manage Americas marketing budget with commercial rigor. Fast, data-driven investment decisions. Pipeline yield is the measure.

Experience & Background

  • 5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or regional B2B marketing in a technology company; with ideally 2 years in a leadership or ‘champion’ individual contributor role.
  • Track record of building pipeline from scratch and owning it through to revenue. You can show the numbers. Preferably with experience is a unicorn or high-growth environment/company (must be able to evidence this – deep double digit growth).
  • Nice to Have: Background or knowledge in manufacturing and/or distribution; understanding how operators buy, decide, and evaluate technology partners.
  • Ability to compete against mid-market ERP players (Epicor, Acumatica, or similar) is a strong advantage.

Skills & Mindset

  • Agentic AI fluency; ideally you've deployed autonomous digital workers, AI-driven personalization, or agentic nurture sequences in a live commercial environment. This is the new baseline.
  • Guerilla marketing instinct: high-creativity, low-waste tactics that punch above budget and get buyers to stop, engage, and convert.
  • Power messaging for mid-market buyers: you know how to talk to operations, finance, and IT decision-makers who are weighing an ERP investment.
  • Commercial acumen and data obsession: you own pipeline numbers and you're comfortable presenting growth metrics to Board-level audiences.
  • You move fast, make decisions, and don't wait for perfect.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
