Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and assisting patients in a friendly manner

  • Handling inquiries and concerns from patients and staff

  • Communicating effectively with healthcare providers and administrative staff

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
