About the role
Help evaluate establish and scale demand generation across North America as we accelerate growth.
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in building demand across the US
- Work directly with GTM leadership to shape demand generation strategies
- Have a visible role in shaping how we build awareness, generate pipeline, and grow our presence in North America
- Have the freedom to test ideas, launch campaigns, challenge assumptions, and make a visible impact on company growth
- Join at a pivotal stage of growth as we invest in further building our US presence
Requirements
- Experience marketing to contact center, CX, CCaaS, WFM, conversational AI, or related SaaS buyers
- A track record of building pipeline through demand generation programs
- Experience with ABM and multi-channel campaign execution
- Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- A builder mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and optimizing
- Based on the US East Coast (Eastern Time preferred) and able to work standard business hours with a regular two-hour overlap with our UK team
Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
Skills

$90,000–$100,000 USD base salary + benefits
