What You’ll Do
- Own full-funnel growth: Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across awareness, demand gen, and pipeline acceleration.
- Run rapid experimentation: Develop and own a structured testing engine across new channels, messaging, creative, landing pages, and funnel improvements.
- Drive measurable pipeline: Build high-quality leads and opportunities across paid and non-paid channels, optimizing for CAC, conversion, and velocity.
- Analyze and report impact: Surface insights, build hypotheses, and make data-backed recommendations to guide strategy.
- Partner closely with Sales and GTM leadership: Ensure leads are worked effectively and feedback loops between Marketing and Sales stay tight.
- Help build and mentor the demand gen function over time, including the opportunity to manage and grow a small team as the company scales.
About You
- 4-8 years in B2B SaaS growth, demand gen, or performance marketing (early-stage and high-growth strongly preferred).
- Proven ability to design and ship full-funnel campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical rigor: comfortable pulling data, interpreting funnel performance, and making fast decisions.
- Creative problem-solver who can generate test ideas and turn successful experiments into scalable playbooks.
- High ownership, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by impact over process.
- Experience with attribution, funnel instrumentation, and experimentation frameworks (GA4, GTM, SQL a plus).
- Prior people management experience is a plus, but not required.
