About the role
The Territory Sales Representative, also referred to as a Field Sales Manager, will sell, train, merchandise, and promote Dell and Alienware Laptops, Desktops, AIO, Monitors, and accessories in Regional and National retailers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate, sell, and promote Dell products at retailers in the assigned market.
- Provide training and support to Retail Sales Associates and Leadership.
- Complete Endcap and Inline resets of Dell/AW displays.
- Use personal transportation to travel within the assigned market, visiting retailers on a weekly schedule.
- Guide consumers with the latest and most relevant product information when making a purchase decision.
- Cook up group trainings and execute.
- Coordinate with store associates and management to build tight-knit relationships.
- Attend bi-annual meetings for training and enrichment with the client partner.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 6+ months of previous retail selling experience in consumer electronics or other technical/wireless products.
- 6+ months of successful training experience, preferably within direct marketing/retail environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and customer service orientation.
- Strong multi-tasking skills, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform independently in an unstructured work environment.
- Travel within 70 miles of Ideal Market Zip Code with occasional travel to other Markets.
