Delivery Truck Driver - CDL A

About the role
Join our team as a local truck driver and enjoy a schedule that allows you to be home daily with no nights or weekends. This role involves delivering materials to customers, handling returns, and supporting warehouse operations while adhering to all safety and DOT regulations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver materials to customers, including loading and unloading using a pallet jack and two-wheel dolly, and ensuring delivery of the ticket with materials.
- Pick up customer returns and validate product matches for credit requests.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any issues to your supervisor.
- Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
- Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment, as well as receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming material.
- Work overtime as needed and adhere to all safety regulations.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid CDL A and be at least 21 years of age.
- Flatbed experience is required.
- Must meet and maintain qualifications for CDL requirements and follow all DOT standards and regulations.
- Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads.
A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving, and delivery, is a plus.

Pay
Starting at $25 per hour, with a pay range of $19.26 - $30.76 per hour. This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with some overtime as needed.
