Delivery Supervisor

The Delivery Supervisor at The Odom Corporation/Coca-Cola Bottling of Hawaii oversees delivery staff, manages routes, and handles various responsibilities including customer interactions and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Supervises delivery staff and ensures efficient route execution.
• Reads and works from routing manifests, delivering products to customers.
• Accurately records invoices and collects payments from customers.
• Maintains accurate records and verifies invoices and checks for returned products.
• Assists customers during deliveries and documents customer receipts.
• Documents and addresses service complaints, issues, and errors.
• Collects or picks up empty containers and rejects or unsold merchandise.
• Issues or obtains customer signatures on receipts for pickups or deliveries.
• Performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and completes reports.
• Suggests and implements strategies to improve company profits, quality, and service.

Requirements

• CDL Class A license required.
• Clean driving record and no SR22 insurance.
• Copy of CDL and DMV record required before start.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Beverage delivery experience preferred.
• Good customer relations skills.

Physical Demands

• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 170 pounds (full beer kegs).
• Operate a pallet jack and hand cart safely.

Work Environment

• May work in inclement temperatures and weather conditions.
• Noisy environment due to outside related environmental noises.

Pay and Benefits

Salary range: $80,000 - $85,000 DOE plus bonus potential.
Paid Time Off: Up to 128 hours annually (13 days)
