Job Description
The Delivery Performance Analyst acts as the Line of Business (LOB) “Data-Driven Watchdog” once a purchase order (PO) has been released. By transforming raw transactional and data into clear, actionable insights, the analyst ensures that all delivery commitments are communicated efficiently to support LOB programs expectations. This role partners closely with MPMs, procurement, program management and supplier teams to drive continuous improvement in delivery performance and risk mitigation.
