About the role
The North America Alternative Fulfillment (AF) team's goal is to exceed customer expectations by delivering orders quickly, safely, and on time. The Program Manager will work with Ops, Product, and Tech teams to develop and integrate products, create processes, and build mechanisms that improve the customer experience and vendor experience.
Responsibilities
- Act as a partner across organizations to cultivate partnership, transparency, and ownership
- Develop at-scale solutions to improve on-time shipping and speed across North America
- Lead cross-functional workstreams to automate and optimize processes
- Make data-driven decisions and challenge proposals through statistical analysis
- Take an open-minded approach to launch workstreams prioritizing long-term value
- Communicate with stakeholders and present documents to senior leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of supply chain experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree or MBA in a related field
Pay
The base salary range for this position is:
- USA, AZ, Tempe: $115,400.00 - $160,000.00 USD annually
- USA, TN, Nashville: $103,900.00 - $148,400.00 USD annually
- USA, WA, Bellevue: $115,400.00 - $160,000.00 USD annually
