About the role
As a Delivery Coordinator, you will effectively communicate and present Ford/Lincoln products to ensure customer understanding.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a high degree of product and technical knowledge
- Demonstrate vehicle features, including navigation and SYNC (e.g., helping customers connect Bluetooth to their mobile phones)
- Resolve customer inquiries related to vehicle technology
- Inspect vehicle detailing to ensure it is pristine for the customer
- Conduct dealership orientation tours, introducing customers to key points of interest
- Assist with creating descriptions for new and used vehicles
Requirements
- Strong desire to succeed and a customer-service focus
- Outgoing personality and tech-savvy
- Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, and presentation skills
- Valid Driver’s License
No prior automotive experience is required; in-house training will be provided. This role often leads to a successful Sales Consultant career within the company.

Schedule
5-day work week. Part-time positions are also available.
