Product and Delivery Specialist

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide clients as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
• Engage in conversation with clients to fully understand their needs.
• Aid clients in identifying a vehicle that meets their wants and needs.
• Be the vehicle expert. Understand the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages, and latest technology.
• Customize vehicle delivery while ensuring the client understands the vehicle's operational features.
• Daily follow up using the dealership's Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
• Ensure new and pre-owned vehicles are prepped and ready for delivery, including accessories and gifts.
• Ensure all vehicles are "digitally connected" according to manufacturer standards.

Qualifications

• Maintain an enthusiastic, high-energy personality throughout the workday.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Ability to work in a team setting.
• Effective listening skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record according to dealerships guidelines.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.

Pay

Compensation Range: $45,000-$65,000 annual; comprised of base salary plus commission
