Product Specialist/Delivery Coordinator

About the role

At Bertera Subaru of West Springfield, we are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Product Specialist/Delivery Coordinator to assist and educate customers on the various features of Subaru products. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about Subaru technologies such as pairing Bluetooth to cell phones, setting memory seating and preset radio channels, and demonstrating the company's Eyesight Adaptive Cruise Control. They should also have a deep understanding of what makes the Subaru brand unique, as well as the vehicle registration process.

Responsibilities

• Present and provide tutorials on Subaru technologies
• Manage appointment times with clients throughout the day
• Handle walk-ins and those needing assistance during service appointments
• Provide guidance on vehicle registration process

Requirements

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of Subaru technologies and features
• Understanding of the vehicle registration process
