The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: What You Will Do Supply chain management and production planning support at OEM site(s)Make detailed observations, gather part and process data, interpret/analyze that data, and ensure closure of engineering questions and part non-conformancesMonitor MRP tools, production schedules, WIP (shop floor), and non-conformances against delivery commit dates; estimate/revise delivery datesIdentify bottlenecks, conduct gap analysis, create mitigation plans, and generate and track action items to closureCreate and maintain Line of Balance (LOB) to monitor production flow, align supply with demand, identify bottlenecks, and ensure on-time delivery of products to key stakeholdersDevelop positive, customer-facing working relationships with engineers, buyers, and program management at both the OEM and supply base levelsConduct part transition planning, execution, and verification workDocument, summarize, write reports, and disseminate information per requirementsDevelop/enhance work instructions to implement best practices/lessons learned and ensure repeatability of tasks What You Will Bring Experience in supply chain management aspects/production planning/quality/operationsShop floor experience preferredStrong relationship building/teamwork skillsExperience in using SAP or similar ERP systemsAbility to clearly communicate shortage status at both the working and executive levels Pay Range: $27.00/hour-$31.00/hour plus mileage for anything exceeding 50 miles per day will be reimbursed based on the current IRS-authorized mileage rate. Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. Work Requirements: We offer flexible work options, including hybrid arrangements, to support the need of the role and align with company policies. This position will be performed at supplier sites within the Minneapolis, MN area and remotely. You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
