Role: RN Delegating Nurse in a senior living community, responsible for overseeing resident health and clinical care. Key Responsibilities Conduct resident assessments and support individualized care planning.Oversee medication management and ensure medication-related processes are followed correctly.Delegate appropriate tasks to medication technicians and caregivers in accordance with applicable regulations.Provide training, coaching, and clinical support to team members.Collaborate with families and coordinate with healthcare providers to support resident wellness.Ensure compliance with state regulations and applicable clinical standards. Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure.Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and care-planning skills.Sound knowledge of delegation practices and medication oversight responsibilities.Ability to coach and train care teams while maintaining high standards of compassion and respect.Effective communication and collaboration with families, providers, and staff.
