Role Overview Seeking a compassionate and experienced registered nurse to provide personal care, assistance, support, and companionship to residents. The role involves engaging residents, monitoring their wellbeing, and communicating any changes in their condition or care plans. Leads and collaborates with the healthcare team, including Resident Assistants, Med Techs, and Nurses, to assess, document, and adjust resident care as needed.
