About the Role

As a Delegate Acquisition Intern at CXO Orbit Global, you will support the growth of our professional community by identifying, engaging, and onboarding delegates for webinars, virtual events, leadership forums, and networking initiatives. You will work closely with the community and outreach teams to drive registrations and enhance audience participation across our global events.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential delegates through professional platforms and databases
• Support delegate registration and onboarding activities
• Assist in promoting webinars, events, and community initiatives
• Maintain and update delegate databases and outreach trackers
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective event participation
• Track outreach performance and support engagement activities
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective attendees

Requirements

• Any Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree
• Freshers and students are encouraged to apply

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in professional outreach and relationship building
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and professional networking platforms
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
