About the role

Join an award‑winning home care team in Columbus, Ohio. We hire both experienced caregivers and entry‑level staff for full‑time and part‑time positions in clients’ homes. Services include light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, mobility assistance, personal care, medication reminders, and friendly companionship. Each client’s needs are matched to your talents and skills.

Requirements

• Pass a background screening and drug test
• Provide excellent prior employment references
• Be ready to start work as soon as possible

Pay

• Base pay: $15 – $17 per hour, based on experience
• Bonus hourly pay for weekend shifts, caring for couples, shorter shifts, and other shift types
