Caregiver’s Home Solutions (CHS), a family-owned, award-winning home care agency, seeks dedicated, experienced caregivers who believe in making a real difference in people’s lives. We serve New Haven Counties and offer full-time, part-time, hourly, live-in, and overnight positions.

Who We’re Looking For

• Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy individuals
• Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Homemakers, or Companions
• Adaptable to new situations and environments
• Good listeners who remain calm in stressful situations
• Natural multitaskers
• Reliable and ready to work
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a national background check
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
• Able to assist with personal hygiene tasks
• Willing to prepare and cook healthy meals
• Able to perform basic housekeeping duties

A big plus if you have:

• Experience with gait belts, Hoyer lifts, transfer boards, and other equipment
• A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record
• Bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish, Hindi, Portuguese, Creole)

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living skills like grooming, bathing, dressing, and hygiene
• Support mobility, transfers, and light exercises
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping
• Offer companionship and social engagement
• Keep detailed notes of care and changes
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands
