Arizona Health Academy (AHA) offers comprehensive training to prepare you for a rewarding healthcare career. The program covers patient care, infection control, safety, nutrition, communication, and clinical skills, equipping graduates for employment in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and home health settings.

Pay

Average pay by facility type (after state certification):

• Hospitals & Acute Care: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour (higher pay, but competitive for new grads).
• Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC): $17.00 – $21.00 per hour (frequently hire new grads and offer sign-on bonuses).
• Assisted Living & Home Health: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour.
