Position Summary
Apart from A. Duie Pyle's family ownership since 1924, which spans across the Northeast, this role focuses on providing integrated transportation and distribution solutions. As a Part Time Dedicated Administrative Clerk, your primary responsibility is to support administrative operations at our Dedicated location in Camp Hill, PA.
Responsibilities
- Checking in Drivers when they return
- Scanning delivery receipts into the system
- Processing electronic load tenders (deliveries and pickups) and pushing them to the planning system
- Regular interaction/coordination with customers
- Assisting Account Manager with administrative tasks, when needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask while working in a fast-paced environment
Pay and Schedule
- Pay rate: $22.00 per hour
- Schedule: 2:00 PM; Monday-Friday
