Position Summary

Role And Responsibilities

• Sets up and manages customer-specific loads from tender to delivery.
• Oversees drivers and assigns loads and routes based on availability and customer needs.
• Communicates with relevant departments regarding customer issues and concerns.
• Maintains trailer pools and coordinates trailer movements as needed.
• Validates driver hours of service to ensure safe and legal deliveries.
• Manages driver time off requests while balancing operational needs.
• Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Carries out instructions and maintains regular attendance.
