About the role

The Decommissioning Team processes and facilitates the liquidation of legacy Data Center equipment and sanitizes customer media. Team members are responsible for maintaining accountability of equipment throughout the process and communicating effectively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of technical issues and engage other teams for resolution
• Show strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Maintain service level agreements through proactive issue detection and reporting
• Improve effectiveness through process innovation

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of data center, critical environment, computer hardware repair, infrastructure cabling, network deployment, or data center operations experience
• Can lift and rack equipment up to 40 pounds
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph

Qualifications

• Knowledge of computer hardware components and operating systems
• Hard drive installation and removal, and basic Networking removal/installation and clearing of configurations
• Previous experience migrating and decommissioning of data center assets

Pay

Base salary range for this position is $30.00 - $54.00 per hour.
