About the role

The Decommissioning Team processes and facilitates the liquidation of large-scale legacy Data Center equipment and manages customer media sanitization. Team members are accountable for ensuring equipment readiness for removal and must communicate effectively within and across teams.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of technical issues and engage other teams for resolution
• Show strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Solve problems at their root and consider broader context
• Maintain service level agreements through proactive issue detection and reporting
• Actively improve effectiveness through process innovation

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in cramped or elevated locations
• Adherence to strict SOPs for customer data protection
• Experience with PC components, hard drives, networking, and basic IT equipment
• Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

Qualifications

• 1+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
